The entire Padre Pedro Ferrao Road is One way for vehicular traffic from Ambaji Junction to Fatorda Junction and No Entry for all vehicles from Fatorda Junction towards Ambaji junction.
The route for VVIP/VIP will be from Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda Stadium and vehicles will enter through the Gate No. 1 and their Cars will be parked inside stadium on VVIP/VIP Parking lot. (Around 30 VVIP Cars only).
The route for Invitees Cars will be allowed to proceed via Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda PJN Stadium till drop off point at Gate No. 3. However their car will not be allowed to park near or inside stadium. The driver will proceed further and will park their vehicle on Open Space in front of Stadium.
The stretch of Padre Pedro Ferrao Road from Silva Bar at Ambaji junction to Fatorda junction will be closed for general traffic. Only the local Residents with passes and VIP's with Car passes will be allowed to enter
The vehicles of Match Referee/ Match Commissioner, vehicles of Owners of Teams and Senior Officials vehicles of FIFA- U-17 will be allowed to proceed via Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda PJN Stadium and their vehicle will enter through Gate No.1 their car will park inside stadium near the VVIP Parking slot.
The Players Coach will be allowed to proceed via Ambaji Junction towards Fatorda PJN Stadium and will enter through Gate No.1 inside stadium and the Coach will be parked at Players Coach Parking slot behind West Stand of Stadium.
The General Public Ticket Holders from North side i.e. Vasco/ Panaji/ Mapusa side (NH-17) will be diverted at Ambaji Junction towards Ravindra Bhavan Margao via Old market Circle and will be allowed to park their vehicles SGPDA Ground opposite Osia Multiplex, SGPDA Pickup Stand, SAG Football Ground, Ravindra Bhavan and Joggers park .
The General public Ticket Holders from South i.e. from Quepem/ Cuncolim/ Colva, Margao city (South side) will enter through Abade Faria road, Old Market Circle and proceed towards SGPDA Market and will park their vehicles on SGPDA Ground near Osia Multiplex, SGPDA Pickup Stand, SAG Football Ground and Ravindra Bhavan Margao.
The General public Ticket Holders from South i.e. from Ponda, Raia will enter through Arlem Circle towards Fatorda by SH-5 and proceed towards PWD Office and they will be diverted towards Don Bosco College and We For Fatorda Ground side to park their vehicles.
The SH-5 road will from PWD Office to Swimming Pool circle will be closed for General vehicular traffic only the vehicles of Pass/ Ticket holders will be allowed to proceed further towards parking lots i.e. near Joggers Park.
Vehicular traffic coming from Ponda/ Raia /Eastern Bypass will be segregated at Arlem junction. The general traffic will be diverted on the Nuvem By-Pass/ Eastern Bypass to proceed for their onwards journey/ destination towards South Goa. Only Ticket/Pass holder vehicle / Accredited vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards Fatorda Stadium side upto Sincro Hotel Junction and further their vehicle will be diverted towards Don Bosco College side.
Fatorda bound vehicular traffic coming from Margao city will be stopped at Borda near Eurico Silva house and diverted via Bolshe Big Foot Circle - Eastern By-Pass for their onward journey.
Local buses proceeding to and coming from Ponda/Borim side will be diverted to take the route via Borda/Eastern By-Pass/ Nuvem Bypass for their onward journey/ destination.
The small stretch of road from Davandem to Arlem will be temporarily closed with barricading till the end of Match.
The Agali - Fatorda junction near Modern Clinic will be closed and only pass holders/ ticket holders and local residents with passes will be allowed.
C. ROAD CLOSURE/ DIVERSION
At Ambaji Junction, Margao- The entire Padre Pedro Ferrao Road from Ambaji Junction to Fatorda Junction will be closed for General Traffic and only VVIP/ VIP pass holder and local Resident pass holder will be allowed to proceed via this road.
Near Loyola Housing Society Junction, Ambaji :- Only VVIP/ VIP pass holder and local Resident with passes will be allowed to proceed via this road towards PJN Stadium.
Near new Presentation School Junction, Chandrawado:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards Ambaji side, except local Resident with passes .
Arlem Junction:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards Ambaji side, except General pass holder and local Resident vehicle with passes .
At Sincro Hotel Junction near PWD Fatorda :- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.
Near TV Digital Shop, Don Bosco road junction- :- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.
Fatorda Four Road Junction:- To Close all road for no traffic movement except VIP Cars.
Swimming Pool Circle, Margao:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.
Near SGPDA Market Junction Ponda Road :- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side except General pass holder .
Near Old Market Circle on Ponda Road:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side except General pass holder .
Taleband Junction (Fabindia Shop) near Ravindra Bhavan:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.
At Borda Junction near Euric Silva house:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side except General Ticket Holder Coming with Two Wheeler and local resident with passes.
KTC-Fatorda Road:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side.
Agali- Gogal junction near Modern Clinic:- No any vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards PJN Stadium side road except Local Resident with proper passes.
D. NO PARKING ZONES
To ensure that no parking on the main roads approaching Fatorda Stadium.
There will be no movement of vehicle from Sincro Hotel to Joggers park junction.
There will be no parking of vehicles on main road from Ambaji Junction to Fatorda Junction (Entire Padre Pedro Ferrao Road).
There will be no parking of vehicles on main road i.e. SH-5 from Arlem Junction to Old Market Circle .
There will no parking of vehicles on main road i.e. NH-17 from Davondem to Old Market Circle.
NO ENTRY FOR HEAVY VEHICLES except vehicles transporting essential goods. from 14:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs on 07/10/2017(02 matches), 10/10/2017 (02 Matches), 13/10/2017 (02 Matches), 17/10/2017 (02 Matches) and on 21/10/2017 (Quarter Final)
No Entry for heavy vehicles on NH-17 from Pollem Border Check post towards Canacona- Margao from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs and PI Canacona PS and Asst. Director of Transport, Canacona should stop the above heavy vehicles at Border Checkpost from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.
No Entry for heavy vehicles on NH-17 from Vasco/ Birla Titan Junction towards Margao-Canacona from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. PI Verna PS and Asst. Director of Transport, Vasco should stop the above heavy vehicles 100 meters prior to Birla- Titan junction and IDC/Titan Junction from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.
No Entry for heavy vehicles coming from Ponda towards Arlem- Margao from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. PI Ponda, Maina Curtorim PS and Asst. Director of Transport, Ponda should stop/hold the above heavy vehicles on Khandepar- Kurti and Dhavli Bypass respectively from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.
No Entry/ No Stopping of for heavy vehicles on Eastern Bypass Road. Asst. Director of Transport, Arlem- Margao should ensure that there are no any vehicles allowed to be parked along Eastern Bypass road.
ROAD CLOSURE AND DIVERSION
Will be effected by Traffic Police, as per prevailing traffic situation and need in order to prevent traffic congestion on roads leading towards PJN Stadium and practice venues.
